Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 5 tbsp canola oil
  • 5 tbsp sugar
  • 5 tbsp flour

Directions:

  1. If you like, prepare your choice of egg substitute (for example use 2 Tbsp EnerG mixed with 8 Tbsp warm water- equals 4 eggs) and use this instead of the eggs.
  2. Mix all ingredients.
  3. Put in a greesed cake pan.
  4. Preheat oven to 400°F and bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
