Ingredients:

  • 6 cups oats ( if steel-cut , soak overnight first)
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup powdered milk (optional)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup applesauce
  • 3 cups water

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 400.
  2. Mix dry ingredients.
  3. Add wet ingredients.
  4. Spray a 9 x 12 pan.
  5. Dump in batter.
  6. Bake 30 minutes.
  7. Serve in a bowl splashed with milk.
