Baked Lemon-Pepper Salmon Recipe

Baked Lemon-Pepper Salmon

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • 1 1/4 lbs salmon fillets
  • 1 tbsp lemon pepper
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • lemon wedge

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425.
  2. Place large sheet of foil on baking sheet.
  3. Spray foil with vegetable oil spray.
  4. Mix shallots, capers and dill in small bowl.
  5. Place salmon on foil; sprinkle with lemon pepper seasonings.
  6. Spread shallot mixture over salmon.
  7. Dot with butter.
  8. Fold up foil edges to enclose salmon; seal.
  9. Bake salmon just until opaque in center, about 28 minutes.
  10. Open foil; transfer salmon to platter.
  11. Spoon any juices over.
  12. Garnish with lemon wedges and serve.
