Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Lightly coat a broiler pan with cooking spray. Arrange halibut steaks on the broiler pan and season with black pepper.
  3. In a medium mixing bowl, combine yogurt, breadcrumbs, garlic and chives. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly over halibut steaks. Sprinkle 2 tbsp parmesan cheese over the yogurt mixture, and top with paprika.
  4. Bake uncovered, until the halibut is opaque throughout, approx. 15 to 20 minutes.
  5. Top baked halibut with lemon juice and enjoy!
