Baked Fresh Apricots with Almonds

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350*.
  2. Cut the apricots in half and remove their pits.
  3. Arrange the apricot halves, cut side down, in a gratin dish.
  4. Spoon the jam over the fruit.
  5. Pour the half-and-half over the fruit.
  6. Sprinkle the almonds and sugar on top.
  7. Place in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes.
  8. Serve lukewarm.
