Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Combine egg whties, salt and pepper in bowl, mixing well.
  2. Dip onion rings into egg mixture.
  3. Coat with bread crumbs.
  4. Place on baking sheet in single layer.
  5. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
