Ingredients:

  • 250 g butter
  • 200 g raw sugar cane
  • 4 eggs

Directions:

  1. Break the chocolate into small pieces and melt with the butter
  2. And cool
  3. Beat eggs and sugar together and blend into cooled chocolate mixture.
  4. Combine flour and baking powder and blend into chocolate mixture
  5. Place in a shallow greased baking pan.
  6. Bake in a 160 C oven for 30 minutes or tests done and set
  7. Let cool completely and then cut into pieces to serve
