Baked Chilean Sea Bass

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb chilean sea bass fillet
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp cajun seasoning (tony's is my favorite)

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Clean the fish.
  3. Put skin side down on a baking sheet.
  4. Rub olive oil on the fish and coat with the salt, pepper, and Cajun seasoning.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
