Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400*F.
  2. Mix chicken, picante sauce, cumin, cheese, onions, and jalapenos (If using) and stir well.
  3. Evenly distribute the mixture between the 8 tortillas, placing the filling in the middle of each tortilla.
  4. Fold opposite sides over filling.
  5. Roll up from bottom and place seam side down and place on a wire rack positioned on a baking sheet.
  6. Spread a bit of butter on top of each chimichanga.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes.
  8. Garnish with things such as shredded cheddar, picante sauce, salsa, or whatever you like if you want to.
