Ingredients:

  • 8 medium carrots pared and cut into 1' pieces
  • 2 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Cook carrots in boiling salted water until tender.
  2. Combine carrots and apples then pour into a pie plate.
  3. Sprinkle with sugar then dot with butter.
  4. Sprinkle carrots and apples with paprika then bake at 350 for 1 hour.
