Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp butter or 1 tbsp oleo
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 1/2 cups blueberries (sweetened with 1/4 cup, sugar and 1 tsp)

Directions:

  1. Mix together butter, milk, baking powder, sugar, and flour to make dough. Then spread it in a greased deep baking dish. Spread the berry mixture over the dough and pour on the boiling water.
  2. Bake at 400 for 40-45 minutes or until the cake part is done.
