Baked Asparagus With Balsamic Butter Sauce

Ingredients:

  • cooking spray (olive oil if you have it)
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tea. balsamic vinegar
  • butter buds (optional)

Directions:

  1. Prehear oven to 400*
  2. Arrange asparagus on baking sheet or stone.
  3. Coat asparagus with cooking spray
  4. Season with salt and pepper
  5. Sprinkle with butter buds (optional)
  6. Bake 12-15 minutes in preheataed oven...OR until tender (check with fork for tenderness)
  7. Melt butter in microwave
  8. Stir in soy sauce and vinegar to melted butter
  9. Pour mixture over asparagus and toss to cover well
