Ingredients:

  • 1 medium apple
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp sugar

Directions:

  1. Peel apple and slice into pieces (mushy apples work best like Mac's or Courtlands)
  2. Sprinkle with cinnamon & sugar
  3. Microwave for 2 minutes or until hot and soft
  4. Enjoy!
