Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Boil the fish in a cup of water.
  2. Don't drain the soup.
  3. It will be used to make the sauce.
  4. To make the sauce, melt butter in a heavy base pan on low heat.
  5. Blend in flour.
  6. Stir and cook for 2 minutes.
  7. Add milk, fish soup, egg, ajinomoto, salt and 50gm of cheese.
  8. Boil until thickened.
  9. Brush some butter in a baking dish.
  10. Arrange the boneless fish pieces in it.
  11. Pout the white sauce over the same.
  12. Garnish with cheese.
  13. Bake for 15 minutes until the surface becomes golden.
  14. Garlic bread: To prepare this, crush the garlic and mix it with soft butter, salt and ajinomoto.
  15. Add the grated cheese.
  16. Bake for 10 minutes until the cheese melts.
  17. Serve the bake fish with garlic bread right away!
