Directions:

  1. In skillet cook bacon until srisp, remove and set aside
  2. Add carrots and onion to bacon drippings, sprinkle with seasonings cover and cook slowly 15 minuites or until just tender
  3. Uncover and cook, turning occasionally, until carrots are slightly browned
  4. Crumble bacon and add to carrots in warm serving dish
