Ingredients:

  • 30 dates (without the core)
  • 10 slices of bacon ( cut in 3 by length)
  • blue cheese (jasper hill farm 1 if possible)

Directions:

  1. 1. Preheat the oven at 375°. Stuff the dates with a bit of blue cheese.
  2. 2. Roll the bacon slices around the dates. Make it old in place with small toothpicks.
  3. 3. Cook in the oven for 20 minutes until the bacon becomes crispy
  4. 4. Enjoy, rate and subscribe !
