Bacon And Spinach Dip

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook the pack of bacon till crispy
  2. Cut the Spinach and Green onion finely
  3. Spread cream cheese on bottom of a casserole dish (warm to spread easily)
  4. Break the bacon into tiny peices with hands and stir into cream cheese
  5. Stir green onion and spinach to the mixture
  6. Add a pinch of salt and pepper
  7. Flatten out the top of dip mixture (for presentation)
  8. Add shredded cheese ontop of the mixture
  9. Bake in Oven for about 10-15 minutes (till cheese is melted and dip is hot)
  10. Serve with chips, or pita bread...or what you like
