Bacon And Scallion Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In large pot, cover potatoes and garlic with salted water. boil until fork tender.
  2. Fry bacon pieces until crisp, and drain on paper towel.
  3. Pour out all but 1 tsp. bacon greasefrom pan, (Alter to how much you want in recipe).
  4. Too grease, add scallions, saute until soft, but not brown. Add bacon.
  5. Drain potatoes, and return to pot.
  6. Mash potatoes with milk, sor cream, salt, and pepper. Stir in bacon, and scallions.
  7. Reheat if necessary, before serving
