Bacon and Corn Johnnycakes

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg

Directions:

  1. Heat griddle to med hot.
  2. Grease lightly.
  3. Mix dry ingredients.
  4. Add rest of ingredients and stir just until mixed well.
  5. Fry cakes till brown on both sides.
