Ingredients:
1 cup cornmeal
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup creamed corn
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup milk
1 egg
Directions:
1. Heat griddle to med hot.
2. Grease lightly.
3. Mix dry ingredients.
4. Add rest of ingredients and stir just until mixed well.
5. Fry cakes till brown on both sides.
