Baby New Potatoes with Mint (BBQ)

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Scrub potatoes.
  2. Cut each potato in half and place in bowl.
  3. (If they are really small, leave whole).
  4. Toss potatoes with 2 tablespoons oil and half of the salt.
  5. Wrap potatoes in tin foil packet and grill for about 20 minutes or until tender.
  6. Remove from grill and empty packet into bowl.
  7. Add garlic, pepper, half of the mint, remaining oil and salt.
  8. Toss well to coat.
  9. Sprinkle with remainder of mint and serve.
  10. (Also good cold).
