Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp yogurt
  • 1 tbsp applesauce
  • 1 pinch nutmeg (optional)

Directions:

  1. Make the couscous according to the directions on the pack but using apple juice instead of water.
  2. Combine the couscous and applesauce in a bowl and top with the yogurt.
  3. If you choose, stir the nutmeg into the applesauce for an extra taste twist!
