Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut the avocado in half and remove the stone (which is much too hard to eat anyway).
  2. With a teaspoon, scoop out the flesh and place in a small bowl. Set the avocado skins aside (you will use them later).
  3. Add the crabmeat (or tuna), lemon juice, a shake of black pepper and enough cream cheese to make a smooth blend.
  4. Pile the mixture into the avocado skins.
  5. Drizzle a little paprika over the avocado and garnish with a black olive.
