Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Make dressing: Combine all dressing ingredients in small bowl.
  2. Combine jicama and bell pepper in bowl; toss with 3 tbs dressing.
  3. Just before serving, toss avocado with remaining dressing.
  4. Arrange watercress around edge of serving platter, spoon on jicama mixture and top with avocado.
  5. NOTE: If you like more of a bite to your salads, finely sliced red onion rings can be added with jicama and pepper or served on side as a topping.
