Ingredients:

  • 4 quarts apple cider
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp orange zest
  • 1/2 tsp mace
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp whole cloves
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan. Cover.
  2. Bring to a boil, then simmer 30 minutes.
  3. Strain. Serve hot or cold.
