Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine sausage, onion, chives, basil, garlic, 3/4 teaspoon paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Unfold pastry onto a lightly floured surface.
  3. Roll each pastry sheet into a 11 inch by 10 1/2 inch recyangle, and cut widthwise into 3 1/2 inch strips.
  4. Spread 1/2 cup sausage mixture down the center of each strip.
  5. Fold pastry over and press edges to seal.
  6. Cut each roll into 6 pieces.
  7. Place seam side down on a rackin a shallow baking pan, and sprinkle with remaining paprika.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
