Ingredients:

  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Cut the Stems off all the Peppers
  2. Dice the tomato
  3. Add peppers, tomato sauce and salt to blender and blend to desired consistency.
  4. Add chopped tomato
  5. Grate Onion into mixture and Stir
