Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Toast almonds in a 350F oven for about 15 minutes, watch carefully so they don't burn.
  2. Meanwhile beat 1 egg white until frothy and beat in icing sugar.
  3. Add hot almonds to this mixture. Turn almonds to coat evenly and pour out onto wax paper to cool. Store in glass jars.
  4. Recipe can be doubled or tripled.
