Asparagus and Prosciutto Bread Pudding W/ Truffle Whipped Cream

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375F and grease a 13 x9 baking pan.
  2. Whisk together eggs, milk, parsley, sage, rosemary, thyme, pepper, and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
  3. In a large bowl, stir together egg mixture with bread, asparagus, prosciutto, and cheese until mixed well; then pour mixture into greased baking dish.
  4. Bake at 375F for 40-45 minutes, until golden brown and firm.
  5. While the bread pudding is baking, combine whipping cream, truffle oil, and 1/8 teaspoon salt in a small bowl.
  6. Beat with an electric mixer on high until stiff peaks form.
  7. Refrigerate whipped cream until bread pudding is done.
  8. After taking pudding out of the oven, let stand for 5 minutes.
  9. Cut into 6 servings and top each with whipped cream.
  10. Enjoy! :).
