Ingredients:

  • 2 cups jasmine rice
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees celcius.
  2. Boil the rice
  3. In a sauce pan, melt the butter. crush the garlic and add it to the butter together with the red pepper flakes (if you want it milder, use regular pepper or a mild chili blend). Cook for about a minute, add the honey, lime juice and soy sauce, let it boil.
  4. Put the salmon fillets in an oven dish that you have brushed with oil. Pour over the honey/soy sauce mixture. Cook in the oven fro about 15-20 minutes. Serve over the rice.
