  1. *Use freshly grated cheese …Asiago cheese works well too.
  2. If you have one of those multi use chopper/mixer things, then use that as
  3. It’s so much easier. Just throw all the ingredients in the mixer and mix it
  4. Until it’s almost puree’d. Then just put it in an oven proof dish and heat
  5. Through. Serve with crackers, breadsticks, rice crackers…whatever you have.
  6. If you don’t have one of those chopper/mixer thingys, then you’ll have to
  7. Chop the artichokes up by hand. You can also use a blender to mix the
  8. Ingredients together.
