Ingredients:

  • 1 tbp dry mint
  • 2 tbp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 lemon or lime
  • add 2 cummber,1/2 small onion
  • 1 peace of radish
  • 2 tbp parsely

Directions:

  1. Chop and mix all of the ingre together and serve with arabic bread or with makluba rice
