Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Spread 1/4 cup apricot preserves onto the sheet of puff pastry.
  2. Sprinkle with 1/2 tsp ground mustard.
  3. Layer with 1/4 lb turkey and 1/2 cup shredded Monteray Jack Cheese.
  4. Roll up jelly roll style.
  5. Cut into 16 slices.
  6. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes.
