Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix the broth, preserves, onion and mustard in a 3.5 qt slow cooker.
  2. Add the pork, cutting to fit, if necessary.
  3. Cover and cook on low 8 to 9 hours, or on high 4 to 5 hours.
  4. If desired: when done, remove pork and thicken sauce with mixture of 2 tbsp cornstarch mixed into 2 tbsp water and boil till thickened.
