  1. Mix the peanut butter,powdered milk,dried apricots,agave nectar,and dry roasted sunflower seeds.
  2. Using cookie scoop,measure out mixture and roll into balls,chill
  3. Melt butterscotch chips and roll apricot balls in,place on wax lined cookie sheet and chill until coating is set.
