Directions:

  1. In a large saucepan combine apple cider, apricot nectar, lemon juice, honey, and cinnamon sticks.
  2. Bring to a boil; reduce heat.
  3. Simmer, covered, for 10 minutes.
  4. Cool cider mixture.
  5. Cover and chill for 8 to 24 hours.
  6. Garnish each drink with a strawberry.
