Ingredients:

  • 4 medium baking apples
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg

Directions:

  1. Peel apples,but do not core.
  2. Center on rotisserie spit, Brush with melted butter,Then Grill apples frequently with remaining butter Mixed with honey and spices, for 30-35 minutes or untill apples are tender.
  3. Remove from spit, quarter and remove cores: SERVE warm with whipped cream flavored with a few drops of almond extract!
