Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup dry tapioca
  • 1 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Measure and mix all the ingredients and let them sit for 5 minutes in a pan.
  2. Bring to a boil stirring often.
  3. Simmer until the apples are tender (around 12 minutes).
  4. Serve warm with Ice Cream!
