Directions:

  1. Heat and butter skillet.
  2. MIx vanilla with milk and beaten eggs.
  3. Dip bread into egg mixture and fry until golden brown.
  4. Spoon a generous portion of pie filling inbetween 2 toasts and slice diagonal.
  5. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
  6. Serves 2.
