Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cup oil
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 3 cups plain flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 tsps cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Line muffin pan with cups
  3. Combine flour, salt and baking soda in small bowl.
  4. Mix ingredients in large bowl.
  5. Add flour, salt, and baking soda.
  6. Pour batter into muffin cups.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes
