Ingredients:

  • 4 cup. peeled & sliced apples (about 4 medium)
  • 1/2 cup. brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup. flour
  • 1/4 cup. oatmeal
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Lightly oil an 8 square baking pan.
  3. Place apple slices in pan.
  4. Mix remaining ingredients thoroughly and sprinkle over apples.
  5. Bake 30 minutes or until apples are tender and topping is golden brown.
  6. Serve warm. Top with a small portion of vanilla yogurt, vanilla ice cream or cool whip if desired.
