Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg , unbeaten

Directions:

  1. Fill a 13 x 9 x 2 pan with sliced apples. Mix ingredients together with two
  2. Knives or pastry blender until crunchy and spread over apples.
  3. Pour 1/2 cup melted butter over top and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  4. Bake at 350 for 30
  5. Minutes or until apples are done and topping is crisp.
