Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp butter , for dotting on top
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup raw oats
  • 1/2 cup butter

Directions:

  1. Mix filling ingredients, except butter, in a large bowl. Let set for approximately ten minutes. Pour into 8x13 pan and dot with butter.
  2. Mix topping ingredients, except butter. Cut butter into rest of topping ingredients until crumbly.
  3. Spread topping over filling. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 - 40 minutes.
  4. Serve with vanilla ice cream or cream.
