Ingredients:

  • 1 cup boilng water
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Combine boiling water with sugar, cornstarch, cocoa powder and salt and cook over medium heat, Stirring constantly.
  2. When mixture comes to a boil, remove from heat and add vanilla and butter.
  3. Stir until smooth.
  4. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
