Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 cup applesauce
  • 1/2 cup water

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Sift together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar a total of 3 times.
  3. Add wet ingredients.
  4. Mix by hand until thoroughly blended.
  5. Pour into greased baking pan.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes.
