Apple Celery Juice (Cold Fighter)

Ingredients:

  • 8 apples (juicy are better but use whatever you have they are all good for ya)
  • 3 celery ribs
  • 2 sprigs parsley

Directions:

  1. Chop up the apples into 4 and core if your juicer requires it.
  2. Juice half the apples.
  3. Juice the celery and the parsley.
  4. Juice the rest of the apples.
  5. Serve right away as is or over ice.
  6. Enjoy and feel better!
