Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Pre heat oven at 180 deg .
  2. Cream the butter and the sugar .
  3. Beat the eggs in .
  4. Fold in the apples and the sifted flour .
  5. Fold in the sultanas and butter milk , mix well .
  6. Pour into a 21 cm greased cake tin .
  7. Sprinkle on the topping and lightly pat it down .
  8. Bake for 1 hour or so
  9. Dust some Icing sugar .
