Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix all by hand, do not use a mixer.
  2. Mix flour, salt, soda nd cinnamon.
  3. Mix together sugar and oil.
  4. Beat eggs and add to sugar mixture; then to flour mixture.
  5. Fold chopped apples, nuts and vanilla.
  6. Bake 1 hour at 350. Bake in tube or bundt pan.
