Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 cup oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup apple butter
  • 1/2 cup pecans

Directions:

  1. Mix oil eggs apple butter sugar together.
  2. Sift together dry ingredients. add the raisins and nuts to a flour and added dry to wet
  3. Bake 375 degrees for 50 -60 minutes. i used bundt pan and was 45 minutes.
