Another Coconut Pie

Ingredients:

  • 2 cup. milk
  • 3/4 cup. sugar
  • 1/2 cup. bisquick
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup. butter
  • 1-1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°
  2. Combine milk, sugar, Bisquick, eggs, butter and vanilla in electric blender.
  3. Cover and blend on low speed for 3 minutes.
  4. Pour into greased 9 inch pie pan.
  5. Let stand 5 minutes, then sprinkle with coconut.
  6. Bake for 40 minutes.
